Cup and bowl are super handy and the blender itself does an amazing job, but after blending it's incredibly hard to get it open again. The top and bottom pieces are poorly designed so it's hard to get a good grip on them, at least for my average female hands. I've been completely unable to get it open at all and had to remove the little rubber seal with a tool to be able to get the top off! Really disappointing as the blender itself is fantastic.
