Fred Simmons (Danny McBride, Up In The Air, Land of the Lost) was not the most stable person to begin with, taking his job as a small town Tae Kwon Do instructor far too seriously, but then when his wife cheats on him with her new boss his life goes into full on meltdown and there is only one thing that could possibly bring him back from the edge, a martial arts convention starring Fred's all time idol Chuck The Truck Wallace.
