Author Biography:

Jeffrey D. Waggoner taught high school and middle school for 34 years in Ohio and Illinois. He has adjudicated marching band and drum corps competitions in fifteen states and Canada. He holds degrees from the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University. Currently he works as a freelance composer and arranger and has written over 250 arrangements and compositions.
