Dr. John Rosich holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and is tenured Professor of Real Estate at the College of Southern Nevada (Las Vegas, Nevada). He has authored 3 books incl Real Estate The Basics, Real Estate Numbers and The Me in Me. He has taught for 40 plus years and the student government awarded him with the first outstanding teacher award. The field of Real Estate is John's passion and he loves to see people with no real estate or business background become successful in real estate business and become investors themselves. Dr. Rosich is an expert in demonstrating the logic and significance of real estate to students with diverse backgrounds. He has a gift for explaining the comprehensive concepts of Real Estate in a way that anyone interested in learning can readily master. Professor Rosich has prepared countless number of students to pass the real estate pre-licensing examinations.
