On The Twelfth Day Of Christmas:
Years after Maggie and Mitch bonded over their mutual love for Christmas during
a road trip, they run into each other again; only this time Mitch has lost his
love for the holiday after a string of bad luck. Determined to remind him of his
Christmas spirit, Maggie sends him a Secret Santa gift telling him to do a
Christmas task. Mitch is a talk show radio DJ and shares his Secret Santa
experience with his listeners. As the gifts gain notoriety from the news,
Maggie’s boss sends her to document Mitch following through on all the tasks.
Now in the story herself, Maggie must find a way to keep it under wraps that she
is Mitch’s secret SanÂta.
AÂ National Tree:
When the U.S. holds a contest to find a new national Christmas tree, the winning
tree belongs to 17-year-old Rock Burdock, whose father Corey planted it the day
Rock was born. Father and son drive cross-country with the tree, which will be
displayed on the White House lawn. With the increased media attention, the
tree's significance seems to be more about its marketability than its
sentimental value, and it's up to Rock and Corey to decide which is more
important.
