Author Biography:

Barbara McNamara has been an educator for almost twenty years, primarily as a special educator in the public school setting. Her passion is teaching students how to read, and her students range in age from five to sixty-eight. Barbara has a master's degree in education and Literacy Specialist Certification. Originally from New York, she currently lives in South Carolina, where she enjoys spending time with her daughters, extended family, and pets.
