Customer satisfaction research and ratings company Canstar
Blue has awarded Mighty Ape the Most Satisfied Customers Award in their
Online Retailers category for 2021 for the third
consecutive year!
Overall, Mighty Ape swung in as the top online store for overall
satisfaction; we were the only retailer to earn 5 stars in this category. We
also received 5 stars for speed of delivery and ease of site navigation, and
4 stars for value for money, range of products, and range of brands.

We have an update from New Zealand Post about how the current Tsunami warning
will affect deliveries today.
“The tsunami threat level has been reduced in the areas affected around
the Northern and Eastern coasts of New Zealand. Our operations that were
suspended in Northland, Whangarei, Whakatane, Opotiki and Tolaga Bay have
resumed. There will still be delivery delays in these areas, but plans are in
place to ensure all backlog is cleared tomorrow and over the weekend if
required.”

In response to the announcement that Auckland is moving to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 from noon tomorrow
(Wednesday) we have a quick update. Customers can continue to place delivery
orders on our website as normal. Customers who pick up their orders from our HQ
in Silverdale, Auckland, will be affected though, details below.
Pickups will be open from 8:30AM tomorrow (Wednesday) morning as normal, but
will shut at 11:30AM, and will remain closed on Thursday and Friday.
We will continue offer pickup as a delivery option in the checkout, however
after 12pm Wednesday pickups will only be available when we move back to
COVID-19 Alert Level 2.

for the latest updates.
