This game at first appeared rather dark, something a bogan would play. I was wrong – anybody can play the game for hours on end, yet one is capable of putting the controller down for any period of time, be it two hours or two weeks, and pick it up, feeling as if they never left the game. Truly amazing experience, can't wait for a sequel.
Ok…have never read the comics but game was on special so had to try it…AND MAN AM I GLAD I DID! Xcellent story, stunning graphics and hearts a plenty! Play and welocme The Darkness.
Fearless Mafia hitman Jackie Estacado is part of the Franchetti crime family helmed by vicious cousin Paulie. On the eve of his 21st birthday, Jackie is suddenly possessed by the terrifying and spectacular powers of the Darkness. Though his supernatural entity lets him wreak terrible havoc on his enemies, the Darkness also has a strong will of its own. Jackie must learn to control the Darkness that lurks within him while harnessing its power to overthrow Paulie and fulfill his destiny.
