So pleased, great experience, especially in regards to the controller, which, while I didn't think it would be bad, I did not expect to be blown away to the degree that I have been.

Such a cool powerful machine. Games install and download very quickly. The controller is epic.. Looking forward to the future of this industry :)

I was so happy when I mighty ape had the PS5 in stock. I thought I was not going to get a console till next month at best. Shipping was so fast and the box and console are mint because of the packaging. Thank you mighty ape!!

7 years have passed and the next PlayStation console has arrived. I was lucky enough to secure one through MightyApe, and as usual their service and delivery was exceptional which meant I saw my console on Day One.

The console itself is exceptionally easy to set up. 1 HDMI 2.1 cord, power cable, DualSense controller and USB charging cable included, simply plug into their relative ports. Account setup is now driven by QR code and a few entries for authorization, then you just need to set up your games, whose install time is only limited by network speed.

Once installed, the games load FAST, and the new console fan configuration is QUIET. And dare I say, the design is a lot less in your face once set up, and is definitely one of the first consoles that I've enjoyed the vertical look on.

With enough on launch to tide you by, it's now a waiting game to see what comes next for the PlayStation 5.

And I can't wait to see what it is.

Purchased for my 60yo mother. She a huge fan herself. I already own one. Incredible gaming system. Been a fan since PS1. Sony are always outdoing themselves. Consoles potential is finally being unlocked. Pair this with an oled TV and Final Fantasy 16 and you're set.

I’m continually amazed at not only how the PS5 performs but also how amazing the DuelSense is. The combo of 3D audio and haptic feedback is like nothing I’ve experienced before. The quality of the hardware is the best I’ve seen from PlayStation too. If you can get one, I highly recommend it.

Honestly this console is way better than the PS4. Its faster and looks incredible. Hopefully more comes in stock so everyone gets there hands on them.

PS5 arrived the day of launch before 9 am even. Didn't think you'd make it that quick, colour me impressed!

Fantastic console and very happy. Playstation plus is an awesome service now and you can play some great games for not much money.

Only issue with it is that the controller unfortunately seems to give me hand cramp on the handles – it looks cool, and the haptic feedback is cool, but it is unfortunately not quite as comfortable as the xbox controller.

PS5 is superb, definitely worth the wait. Only thing I want to point out is don't leave the package without anyone attending or signing it off as this is not just a $50 machine.

The PS5 is amazing, as expected – but what impressed me most was Mighty Ape's service here. It arrived before 10am on the day they promised it would. Then you read stories of other people who also pre-ordered from other companies who still don't have their PS5! This is why I keep coming back to them again and again, quality service!

Got this on a really good special – as a short term Xbox gamer, I don't think I'll be looking back. Only criticism with the PS5 itself is that it does not have a browser.

It goes without saying that this console delivers performance that creates an amazing gaming experience, would strongly suggest the disk version over the digital however the newer models can have the disc drive added on in the future in the budget is tight at the time, however the selection of games compared to the Xbox can make it a potential deal breaker for some gamers

Super excited to have received my PS5. Took a while and passed through a few hands because I'm in Samoa but it arrived in pristine condition. However, what I got was the disc-free version. This information wasn't given in the products description and the product shots were of the disc version.

The PS5 is terrific. I recommend people get one (if they can). Only problem I had was that I didn't get a charge cable for the controller. Dunno why that happened. I hope MA can help me out.

Amazing console! only issue was the default 680GB space, but I bough the m.d ssd card from here as well and way better since. Also thanks MightyApe for selling it in a bundle, all the scalpers have the AI watching the console by itself. When you sold it in a bundle they didnt get notified and I could actually buy one. So stoked.

As someone with an aging early 2014 model of the PS4. The PS5 is worth it for the relatively quiet fan noise alone. Unfortunately this thing is far too big for my setup and either looks comically large on my desk and won't fit in my media cabinet or shelves. Dwarfing even the original Xbox One.

Ever since I purchased this console it has been amazing and love every aspect of this PS5.

Not alot of new games so far and nothing available thanks to lockdown, but it has played all my ps4 games so far. Controller is probably my favorite part of the ps5 and possibly the best controller of any console to date.

Set up is easy, PS4 games look great on 4k! No complaints.

Everything about the console says nextgen with the new controllers giving and extra depth. Best Console so far only thing letting it down is the game library which doesn't do the console justice. Currently most games are simply just ported over games which doesn't have the same impact as a new Triple A title built for PS5 so I would say its not a bad idea to wait until November when most new games are set for release. That being said the PS5 is still the best console just unfortunate that release dates for games have been pushed back so far.

Thanks to Migthyape, have my PS5 to enjoy over weekend, they updated my postage to overnight delivery free, thanks Mightyape, you always have great service. Love the PS5, but compared to my XSX it's massive and bulky, but works well, hyptic feedback on controller works well. The PS5 is as quiet as my XSX, but think while the IU looks nicer, its harder I feel to find things. One negative is controller does not last long on a single charge, but over all impressive.

A huge upgrade from the mk1 PS4. Only two problems – I need to upgrade my TV to 120Hz. The internal SSD is a bit small.

Went from ps4 original to ps5 and it's been a pleasure in terms of 4k gaming, hdr and speeds

Really happy with the step up in terms of graphics, and the migration process from my old PS4 was easy. The only issue is that I've had a couple of occurrences when the console wouldn't wake up from rest mode very easily.

Perfect in every way. I’m glad I was lucky enough to get one. But mighty ape should look at there shipping as when you charge me $21 delivery and send it economy and takes ages to arrive, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth..

Next Gen Console at its finest

Honestly the standout feature for myself is the dual sense controller, from the pinpoint vibration to the adaptive triggers it really brings you more into the game you are playing.

Great system, had it for a month now. The UI takes a little getting used to, but it's a lot snappier now compared to the PS4 UI. The new controller feels great in your hands, and it has a lot of new features that separates it from the other available platforms. The system launched with Demons Souls and Spider Man Miles Morales both great games that run at 60 fps. The PS5 is backwards compatible with the PS4 and every PS4 game that has an unlocked framerate is almost guaranteed to run at 60 fps on PS5. So far had a great experience with the PS5 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming system

Very quiet machine. Loaded up my loudest game ( rdr2 online ) and complete silence. Fast loading but not enough storage space. Graphic increases were noticeable playing AC Val on ps4 then transferring to PS5, make sure to search how to play the ps5 version when you’ve downloaded a ps4 game that has a ps5 patch, otherwise easy to set up especially with ps app.

This machine is incredibly, it is so quiet and fast, it has incredible graphics. It is also very aesthetically pleasing If you have any doubts buy it!

Excellent console. Fantastic upgrade on PS4Pro. Games load faster and look better. Astro is a great free game, and shows you the potential of the controllers. Looking forward to more PS5 titles in the future.
