A tip – unroll the mat and put it on a flat surface outside like your driveway in the sun to help flatten the mat.

This product looks the same in the marketing material as another chair mat I recently purchased for the same price. However upon delivery this one is much softer and the studs much smaller. Chair wheels quickly sink into it, whereas they dont on my other mat on the same carpet. It simply doesnt look as good or work as well. This appears to be just a cut out off a roll of PVC that looks similar to proper chair mat. Skip this, get a proper chair mat.
I thought I was gonna praise this product like crazy, but man, after having a tough time unravelling the plastic and getting it flat, I placed it under my chair.
It feels like I'm rolling on slightly less thick carpet, honestly. I'm confident it'll do the job of protecting my carpet, but man, it's neither pretty nor high quality. Pretty disappointed here.
This is the worst value for money ever. Not worth the money spent. Too thin, your chair gets stuck due to the dents in the protector.
This is the right size but constantly moves on the carpet as you roll your chair throughout the day. The lugs on the bottom aren't large enough.
Exactly what I needed, but I had to put no end of weight on it and still haven't perfectly flattened it out. However I'm happy overall. Just an absolute pain to unpack and flatten.
Takes significant effort to unravel and place down on the floor. You then have to weigh it down with books etc to keep it flat at first.
After 1 year of heavy use (WFH), I can't be less satisfied with this product. Complete chunks are now starting to come out of the mat. Wish I hadn't have bought this, as I see they've now got more robust models of this type of product in stock.
Constantly Rolls up and slides around – absolutely hopeless (we have medium length pile carpet)
The studded backing does not keep it in place on carpet at all. I'm readjusting it every week. A couple of months later it also still has a heavy plastic smell.
