You definitely get what you pay for. I'm a huge lip balm fiend, and I can confidently say this is probably one of the best lip balms I've ever used. It's amazing. My lips are so soft after: they go from being chapped and cracked to smooth and soft after only one use. It also tastes good, which is a plus ;) I do have to say that the packaging is a little more of a nude-pink colour in person, but that doesn't bother me. Highly recommend this either for yourself or a nice gift for someone. Definitely doesn't disappoint.
