Madden 12, it is a year after Madden 11, but is it better-

I have played both Madden 11 and Madden 12 with depth and I have come to a conclusion on both games.

I find that Madden 11, where the new ‘generation’ of the ‘gameflow’ system was introduced, is great. The panels for options and game graphics are superb and there is no downside to Madden 11 what so ever. However, EA Sports in all efforts to try and improve on what was already a great game, have failed to do so. The graphics are not as fluid as Madden 11, nor are they as realistic. The characters seem smaller and they seem faster, making them a lot more gittery and harder to control. Although Madden 12 has included some new features, you can ulter the team roster for each game, player's game performance and new tackle animations, it doesn't surpass it's older brother game, Madden 11.

In all honesty, Madden 11 is the best madden game out at the moment, and Madden 12 would have to sit in second place.

My Madden 12 rating: 3 Stars.

For the first time in a few years you can actually see an improvement in this franchise 8/10

As alway good game to have all new features and enhancements, including expanded rosters have cut 100 man rosters down to 53, an all-new rookie scouting system, a free-agent.

Overall its the same Madden experience, fun but with the arrival of the next gen consoles this franchise is in need of a drastic graphics overhaul which I am sure it will get.

Basically the same as all the other Madden games.

This was absolutely brilliant.

Big improvement from an awful madden 11 but still some work to be done

A lot of NFL video game fans always compare next gen titles to NFL 2K5 and the great things that 2K sports did with this game. This years Madden will finally settle the arguement that Madden is the superior title. The franchise mode is deep and gives users the oppurtunity to have complete control over all parts of their team. Cut days and the fluctuating form of the players makes the game very realistic and the new free agent bidding adds excitiment to the post season. The on field presentation and game play is excellent, although is let down by some not so great commentary. Overall if your an American football fan this is a must have
