L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition reviews

LA Noire is a game that I have really enjoyed playing. The graphics are amazing and it's a great game to just sit down and play. You do need to think like a detective, screw it up and you'll probably screw the case up. You can drive around, stop street crimes and solve cases. You're in control of what questions and clues get found. The outcome is determined by this.

If all you're into is shooting heads off then I would probably suggest not getting this one. For me I'm into games with great stories but don't like constantly shooting waves and waves of enemies. This game mixes a bit of action every so often, with chases, shoot outs just enough to keep you wanting more.

Overall a great game.

Great game that despite being heavily dialogue based does not feel like it drags.

Item listing says that the game comes with a download code for all the DLC, but the DLC is on the disc, no internet required.

This is well worth the asking price, I still haven't finished the game and its dlc.

Games Great while playing in short bursts as the game gets repetitive. Looks great though and the voice acting is amazing.

The graphical details on this game is unbelievably realistic! The story will take you on the edge of your seat. The gameplay is just untiringly fun! Seems like Rockstar games have done it again. In my opinion, nobody should own a PS3 without purchasing this game ;)

First off if you are only buying this game due to the fact it is published by the same studio as GTA 4 and RDR then just beware that it is not a clone of either.

The graphics and voice acting are both phenomenal and the gameplay is enjoyable, although outside of the story and side quests there isn't much to do in this game which is a shame although the story without side quests is probably a whole 20 hours or so and side quests probably add a few hours to that.

It is a good game with a really good, but still forgettable story and decent gameplay and a really cool interrogation system based around facial expressions, if you are interested then you should definately buy this game, if you are not that interested then maybe try renting it before you buy it.

I bought this game at EB games and it's just so freaking incredible and the theme is just WOW even though I hate Movies and Video games that are set in the 1940s LA Noire is still one of the best games made by Rockstar

This game is great for spare time in between games when they get boring because it takes so long to clock I love how its got constant movies

The only real problem I had with this game was how short it seemed to be, other then that it's a great game for killing a little bit of time.

Great game thats not just about shooting, have to pay attention to each case, remember things that are said and evidence with some car chases and shooting thrown in

Well this game challenges your inner detective instincts. Its a great game, only downer, but no biggy is you cant use your gun at will, if so I guess it just be another GTA with a badge, so its ok.

I absolutely love this game. I'm real big into mystery so the whole detective cases and being able to solve them is a big hit for me. Not to spoil anything but I especially love the real life events that were incorporated into this as well. The graphics look awesome and the whole game has a fifties GTA vibe to it. It's awesome.
