Kogan laptops do not come with the basic feature of holding down the power button to shut off the laptop in an emergency. You can only drag the screen to shut off which has many weaknesses. If the slightest bit of moisture gets into the computer it will be completely destroyed. The laptop can also be destroyed by overheating, or a computer virus. You can only watch your laptop slowly die particularly if the laptop gets any water inside the case. My laptop has been ruined completely because I couldn't turn it off. Don't make the same mistake. Other issues The fan is very noisy. Case is easily scratched and damaged. It is not resistant as claimed Kogan customer service do not know anything about their product. They told me the motherboard is not NVIMe compatible but it is. They were slow to respond and in the end didn't even know but claimed to know about their own product.

Have had the laptop for only about five hours and the touch pad has stopped working. Do not recommend purchasing!
Brought as a gift, as I had some spare money. Finally gave gift and their was no charger! If it gets fixed or sent then I will revoke this
There are no replacement chargers for this laptop. Referred to Fair Go NZ
Update. Not happy. Just received replacement charger and it doesn’t fit. Save yourself some grief and don’t buy this laptop.
Owned since 06/22. Adapter/Charger died. Just ordered another one today. Not happy about delivery time of up to 10 days. Mouse is all over the place at times and has been like this since new. Flimsy and noisy unit. Not the best purchase I’ve ever made.
