"Only Average..."

Not what I really wanted in to be. The sport of cricket deserves a brilliant game, unfortunately this isn't it. this is simply a reincarnation of Ashes Cricket 2009 and has only a few more teams. However their isn't really any alternative so until EA Sports brings out a cricket game this game is the only one to buy.

"could be better"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

The game could be so much better, the graphics are fine and the gameplay is getting there but the smaller things kill the game, the customisation is poor the lack of decent autoplay features is annoying, the lack of stat keeping during tournaments is disappointing too, overall the game is a rental at best to me 5/10

"Where is ps3 version---"
3 stars"

Used to be a ps3 version (which you could re-order easily) and it was on special for $12. Xbox 360s and Xbox One are craptastic and for fan boys or registered pedophiles who like unholdable controllers and paying to play online (i.e. crazy people)… can we have the ps3 (normal people) version put up please asap-

LOLZ!!

I would like ps3 copy at former price of $12… especially since Don Bradman Cricket 14 out soon and thus all previous cricket games will be worthless and we will have to be paid to play them at that point… thus $12 very reasonable – not least of all as was that price over a year ago.

"Could b a little more challenging"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

Bought the game for the price, but was quietly surprised at how much fun it was to play. Even at the average game setting you can still get 72 runs in the first two overs! Easy to control the game. Was a little disapointed there is no where to practice and improve unless you play the game

"Only just playable"
2 stars"

Clunky controls terrible load times and batting timing impossible beyond easy setting. I'm no cricket newby, shane warnes cricket on psone was incredible, but this falls far far too short of that 12 odd years down the track. Best available cricket game at moment is ricky pointings a joy to play, about time a new one came out and delivered ( pardon the pun) a next level game as cricket fans are being let down big time, take a leaf from the fifa franchise that just keeps on delivering. So hard to understand why cricket is being left behind in the gaming sector, 1.25 billion Indian's eager for anything cricket for a start.

"Great"

Best Cricket Game So Far. Brilliant Game Play. Amazing Batting And Bowling Techniques. The Only Disappointment Was That The Names Are Not Official But Still A Good Game. Brilliant Tournament Mode.

"Good solid cricket game"

Good solid Cricket game The fielding is a bit buggy sometimes and the game only has the licence to the australia and england teams but apart from that good game

"Could be 4 stars "

I really enjoyed the game play not to hard to pick up how to play it the one thing i found let it down was that the only licensed teams are Australia and England so teams like New Zealand did not have the real teams e.g. Tim southee is T.Northee

"How's that?"

Excellent game, both Batting and Bowling are great fun! Hours of entertainment. One annoying thing that holds the game back is the Licensing, I wish Codemasters had all the official Team Licenses (espcially when the current holders EA refuse to make a Cricket game but hold all the Licenses!)

"Bit of fun"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

The game has entertainment value; scoring 553/6 in an ODI against Australia in easy mode was an experience.

Players are awarded skill points for good batting & bowling performances which enables you to adjust skills like: Timing, speed, judgment on and so on.
Opposition fielders rarely make mistakes and have demon arms, be careful when running.
The commentary is awful, lets hope the next title made is a vast improvement in this aspect.
One annoying feature, especially with left arm slow bowlers is line & length which rarely varies at all and this limits shot range big time.
