I updated the firmware for PS4 and it works fine but it's still a bit too quite for my ears.

These were purchased for use on a mainly linux setup. Were not usable out of the box on linux, can be done if you really know what you are doing at kernel level but probably 6 months off for easy. Drivers still work in progress. Otherwise they are comfortable and is sound fine.
