Babylon 5 - Season 2 (6 Disc Set) reviews

Excellent series

This is my second series 2 set as I wore the last one out (nah, someone snapped one of the DVDs). B5 is one of the best produced space operas ever: it is technically credible both in the technology and the special effects, with excellent acting and scripts. Where Season 1 introduced the characters and B5 itself, Season 2 starts to really develop the two main story arcs that continue on til the end of Season 4 – highly recommended.

Excellent stuff. Really enjoyable.

Just keeps me hooked – I need to get the next season, now.

Get the complete set, worth it

I am just loving this program. The CGI may be a little bit dated but the story and the characters are just amazing. It is especially impressive how early on things can be set up and then it finally all comes together a few episodes or a whole season later. Can't wait to watch the rest of the seasons.

Obviously carries on from series 1, with a few new characters thrown in for good measure. Series 2 really starts getting into the overall theme of the entire story. What I like is that many episodes refer to previous plot lines, and this really makes the individual episodes fit together, rather like pieces in a puzzle. Mind you, you could start watching from this point on, and still get the overall idea and plot line. Be warned though, once you start, you'll be addicted !
