Ape Style Adjustable Folding Workout Weight Bench reviews

Instructions while not bad lead you to expect all nuts and bolts in a bag, some are already attached to the parts, but they are all there. Easy to assemble and I can do sit ups on this which I hope will lead to being able to do them elsewhere as well. Very happy with this addition to my workout equipment.

This work out bench was purchased in the hopes that I wouldnt have an excuse to not get fit as id be able to do it from the comfort from my own home. I have now come to terms I just enjoy being over weight. I have happily come to terms with my life as it is and wont be using it any time soon as I enjoy my fat life. Does as intended.

Good range of adjustment on the seat, bicep curl pad is to narrow though so will make my own too take its place. Value for money though!

I brought this because space is an issue; and im living between homes; so can easily fold it up and take it with me. The only gotcha is that the curl pad is too narrow to do mini barbell curls properly so you have to do one arm at a time with dumb bells. Also wish the dumbbell pad was fixed slightly different. Its annoying having to unscrew the whole thing to adjust the height.
