These feel sturdy and strong held my body weight easily! Press ups are a great way to get strong too and these take it to the next level :)

To be honest I only got these as a secondary purchase but after just them once I could feel such a big difference and am so glad I got them. Increasing just a little ROM add different layers to push ups.
