To put it simply… Wipeout Pure taps the potential of the PSP. It was a ‘wee’ wait for the next Wipout but it was well worth it.

For the people new to Wipeout, it is a step up from regular racing. Pick up ammunition for weapons and pass over Speed ramps to blow away your opponents and leave them in your wake.

My favourite mode of gameplay is ZONE…you really have to concentrate and be ‘in the zone’ to control your ship at increasing speeds around sloping and curving tracks.
